CrownSpin is a standalone Apple Watch app created by ACT Digital GmbH ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Data Collection

CrownSpin does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.

The app does not use:

• User accounts or sign-in
• Analytics or advertising SDKs
• Tracking technologies
• Location, health, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data
• Network services or remote servers

2. Information stored on your device

CrownSpin stores your mute preference locally on your Apple Watch using app-local system preferences. This setting is used only to remember whether Taptic feedback is enabled. It is not transmitted off your device and is removed when the app's local data is deleted.

3. Third-party services

CrownSpin does not integrate third-party services that collect user data.

4. Children and age rating

CrownSpin is a simulated roulette experience intended for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, prizes, virtual currency, or in-app purchases. Availability and age rating are determined by the App Store for each country or region.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if CrownSpin's features or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.
